Service Options Block-Time Service - Block-Time service is designed for those clients who require more than a few hours of service each month. By pre-purchasing time in quantity clients receive discounted rates for technical services. Block-Time can be used for any labor-related service (telephone, consulting, carry-in, or on-site) Time and Material Service - This service option is designed for those clients that have equipment still covered under manufacturer warranty or have a strong internal IS department to assist them with their day-to day needs or products that they are not familiar with. Time only Service - This service agreement covers all time spent on-site or for telephone support at a flat rate, but does not include any parts. Material only Service - This service agreement covers all parts and materials needed to support your computer needs. All time spent by our service engineers will be billed at regular rates. Telephone Support Service - Telephone support service, otherwise known as Help-Desk service provided by GO InfoTek covers most ``off the shelf" software packages and assists with basic Systems setup and troubleshooting. This service can be constructed from an annual, monthly, or Block-Time Service contracts. |
